Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing S1 in Psychology with minimum 6 semesters completed
- Must possess official recommendation letter from university faculty
- Strong understanding of HR management and industrial psychology fundamentals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team settings
