Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience in construction or infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of data center design and construction processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to source and retain top talent in competitive markets
- Familiarity with Malaysian construction industry standards and regulations
- Experience with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
