Daikin Indonesia is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Maintenance Admin Support to join our team in Makassar. In this critical role, you will act as the backbone of our maintenance department, ensuring that service operations run seamlessly by providing precise administrative assistance.

You will be responsible for streamlining the documentation process, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring that our service maintenance cycles are accurately tracked and reported. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage administrative documentation for service and maintenance operations.
  • Prepare accurate price quotations and maintenance proposals for clients in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure service schedules are maintained and updated.
  • Maintain electronic and physical filing systems for all maintenance records and service contracts.
  • Monitor and track service request statuses from initiation to completion.
  • Prepare regular reports on maintenance activities and administrative performance.
  • Assist in the procurement of spare parts and logistics coordination as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and safety protocols in all administrative tasks.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support or clerical role, preferably within a technical or service-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM or ERP software is a significant advantage.
  • Reside in or willing to be based in Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan.
