Agroto Business is currently seeking a dedicated Maintenance - Chargeman A1 to join our team in Cameron Highlands, Pahang. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of Low Voltage (LV) electrical systems, ensuring that our farm operations run smoothly and safely. We are looking for a proactive individual who takes safety seriously and excels at troubleshooting complex electrical issues.
As the Chargeman A1, you will lead our maintenance efforts, ensuring strict adherence to safety compliance standards and managing all technical documentation. You will play a key role in supporting internal audits and maintaining the integrity of our electrical infrastructure. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular maintenance and repair of Low Voltage (LV) electrical systems within the farm premises to ensure operational continuity.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential electrical hazards and ensure full compliance with safety regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults efficiently to minimize downtime and equipment failure.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and safety checks.
- Support internal and external audits by providing comprehensive documentation and technical evidence.
- Ensure all electrical installations and work practices comply with SSM and local safety standards.
- Collaborate with the operations team to implement preventive maintenance schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Certificate in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Valid Chargeman A1 Electrical License is mandatory.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in electrical maintenance, preferably within the agricultural or industrial sector.
- In-depth knowledge of Low Voltage (LV) systems, transformers, and switchgear.
- Strong understanding of electrical safety protocols and PPE usage.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
