- Lead and mentor cross-functional maintenance teams to achieve operational excellence targets
- Develop and manage comprehensive maintenance budgets, ensuring cost optimization

- Oversee capital projects and maintenance scheduling for production assets
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance processes
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
- Collaborate with production teams to align maintenance with operational goals
- Manage spare parts inventory and vendor relationships
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years experience in maintenance management within manufacturing
- Proven track record in reducing equipment downtime by 20%+
- Strong budget management and cost control expertise
- Certification in maintenance management (e.g., CMRP, CRL) preferred
- Advanced knowledge of CMMS systems and maintenance technologies
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
