Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on facility machinery and equipment to minimize downtime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and structural issues efficiently.
- Execute emergency repairs promptly to ensure operational continuity.
- Maintain comprehensive logs of all maintenance activities and equipment performance data.
- Oversee facility upkeep, including plumbing, lighting, and general site engineering tasks.
- Collaborate with management to implement cost-effective improvements to existing systems.
- Ensure compliance with all local health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in maintenance, facility engineering, or a related industrial role.
- Technical/Vocational High School (SMK) degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic electrical circuits, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and mechanical tools.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems under pressure.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety protocols and standards.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to work in various environments.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow technical schematics or manuals.
