We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Head to lead our operations in Quezon City. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the smooth operation and day-to-day activities of the maintenance section. You will ensure that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards, maximizing efficiency and safety for all personnel.
As the head of the maintenance department, you will serve as the primary technical lead, overseeing a team of skilled technicians and support staff. You will manage the planning and execution of maintenance schedules, coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs, and ensure that all equipment and infrastructure are functioning optimally. Your leadership will be crucial in implementing preventive maintenance strategies that reduce downtime and extend the lifespan of our assets.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and workflow of the maintenance section to ensure seamless facility functionality.
- Manage, mentor, and train a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
- Conduct regular facility inspections and audits to identify potential issues, safety hazards, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment and building systems.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs, installations, and services.
- Ensure strict compliance with local safety regulations, building codes, and company policies at all times.
- Prepare and monitor the maintenance budget, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize business disruption.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil) or a related technical field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, construction maintenance, or a similar supervisory role.
- Proven experience leading and managing a team of maintenance professionals.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical wiring, plumbing, and general construction protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick, informed decisions under pressure.
- Valid Philippine Driver’s License and willingness to travel within the Metro Manila area as needed.
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and computer systems.
