Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional maintenance team of technicians and specialists
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for industrial machinery and facilities
- Oversee emergency repairs and root cause analysis for equipment failures
- Manage maintenance budgets, inventory control, and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and ISO quality standards
- Implement predictive maintenance technologies and digital monitoring systems
- Collaborate with production departments to align maintenance with operational goals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in industrial maintenance with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven expertise in furniture manufacturing or heavy machinery maintenance
- Certification in CMMS, TPM, or Six Sigma methodologies preferred
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex mechanical/electrical systems
- Experience managing maintenance budgets and cost optimization
- Proficiency in maintenance planning software (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo)
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
