Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on forklifts and auxiliary operational equipment
- Diagnose mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and perform timely repairs
- Ensure all equipment complies with safety regulations and operational standards
- Maintain detailed maintenance logs and documentation of all service activities
- Collaborate with logistics teams to minimize equipment downtime
- Order replacement parts and inventory management for maintenance supplies
- Train staff on proper equipment operation and safety protocols
- Stay updated on new maintenance technologies and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or technical certification in mechanical engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a mechanical operator with forklift specialization
- Valid forklift operator certification and mechanical maintenance credentials
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Knowledge of hydraulic systems, engines, and power transmissions
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments and various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
