Join PT. TRAX SUMBIRI INDO as a Maintenance Non-Sewing Machine Leader and become the backbone of our manufacturing operations. This critical role requires you to lead, supervise, and optimize machine maintenance activities to ensure seamless production workflows. You'll perform preventive and corrective repairs, troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues, and implement strategies to minimize costly downtime. Your expertise will directly impact operational efficiency, product quality, and overall productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop maintenance schedules, analyze equipment performance data, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians specializing in non-sewing machinery
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules and perform corrective repairs on industrial equipment
- Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system failures
- Minimize production downtime through rapid troubleshooting and efficient repair execution
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures to optimize equipment performance
- Coordinate with production departments to align maintenance activities with operational needs
- Maintain comprehensive maintenance documentation and performance metrics
- Train junior technicians on advanced maintenance techniques and safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Technology
- Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing environments
- Proven leadership experience managing maintenance teams of 3+ technicians
- Advanced troubleshooting skills for industrial machinery (hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical systems)
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance methodologies and CMMS systems
- Certification in industrial maintenance (e.g., CMRP, CRL) preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency for technical documentation
- Experience working in ISO-certified manufacturing facilities
