In this role, you will act as a vital bridge between our discerning clientele and our expert service technicians.
You will be responsible for proactively managing the scheduled maintenance lifecycle of our customers' vehicles. By ensuring timely communication and meticulous preparation of parts and service bays, you will play a critical role in upholding the 'Lexus Experience.' Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively contact customers to schedule periodic maintenance services according to manufacturer guidelines.
- Maintain accurate customer databases and service history logs to ensure timely reminders.
- Coordinate with the parts department to ensure necessary components are available prior to customer arrival.
- Prepare service bay schedules to optimize workshop efficiency and reduce customer wait times.
- Provide exceptional support by answering inquiries regarding vehicle maintenance and service packages.
- Follow up with clients post-service to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback on their experience.
- Collaborate with the service advisor team to resolve scheduling conflicts and operational bottlenecks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, call center operations, or automotive service coordination.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing tasks.
- A professional demeanor consistent with the luxury automotive brand standard.
