Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for hospitality and property excellence? Luxury Spaces Bali is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Staff to join our professional team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our property operations, ensuring that our high-end accommodations remain in pristine condition to provide an unforgettable experience for our guests.
You will be responsible for the proactive and reactive maintenance of our facilities, handling everything from general repairs to preventive upkeep. We are looking for an individual who takes pride in their workmanship, understands the importance of safety standards, and thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems across the property.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
- Execute general repairs including painting, carpentry, and minor masonry work as required.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and front office teams to ensure guest requests are resolved efficiently.
- Maintain an organized inventory of maintenance tools, equipment, and spare parts.
- Follow all health, safety, and security protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of facility equipment for special events or guest requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in property maintenance, hospitality facility management, or a related field.
- Strong technical skills in basic plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, and general building repairs.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Badung, Bali.
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and handle maintenance equipment safely.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays if necessary.
