Tanggung Jawab
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to ensure facility functionality
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment, buildings, and sanctuary grounds
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
- Collaborate with other staff to maintain a safe and efficient environment for guests
- Order, manage, and maintain maintenance supplies and parts inventory
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and urgent repairs
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in maintenance or facilities management
- Knowledge of various maintenance techniques, procedures, and tools
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems efficiently
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks, climb ladders, and lift heavy objects
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Valid certification in relevant maintenance areas (preferred)
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks
