As a Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be responsible for coordinating maintenance schedules, managing a team of technicians, and implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize equipment efficiency. You'll work closely with production teams to address maintenance needs promptly while ensuring compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate all maintenance activities for batching plant equipment including wheel loaders and truck mixers
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Manage and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and training as needed
- Monitor equipment performance and identify potential issues before they lead to downtime
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize disruption during maintenance activities
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety standards and company policies
- Prepare maintenance reports, track equipment performance metrics, and recommend improvements
- Manage maintenance inventory and coordinate with suppliers for necessary parts and equipment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in maintenance supervision, preferably in manufacturing or construction
- Strong technical knowledge of heavy equipment including batching plants, wheel loaders, and truck mixers
- Experience implementing preventive maintenance programs and managing maintenance teams
- Knowledge of safety regulations and environmental standards related to equipment maintenance
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to train and motivate team members
- Proficient in using maintenance management software and equipment monitoring systems
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose equipment issues and implement effective solutions
