Join Nabati Group as a Maintenance Supervisor and lead critical operations in our food manufacturing facilities. This pivotal role oversees maintenance activities across processing, packaging, and preventive maintenance systems to ensure operational excellence and compliance with industry standards. You'll manage a skilled team of technicians while implementing proactive maintenance strategies that minimize downtime and maximize equipment efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of maintenance leadership experience in food/beverage manufacturing, with a proven ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical systems and enforce safety protocols. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance operations for processing and packaging equipment
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to optimize equipment performance
- Lead a team of technicians through daily work orders and emergency repairs
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, GMP) and safety regulations
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance budget allocation
- Investigate equipment failures and root causes to prevent recurrence
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize operational downtime
- Maintain accurate maintenance documentation and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years as Maintenance Supervisor in food/beverage manufacturing
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Experience with preventive maintenance scheduling and execution
- Certification in food safety management systems (HACCP preferred)
- Leadership experience managing maintenance teams
- Problem-solving skills for complex equipment diagnostics
- Familiarity with CMMS maintenance software
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (preferred)
