Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of mall facilities, including lighting, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot technical faults effectively.
- Maintain building equipment records and report any major defects to the management team.
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks such as painting, fixture installations, and minor carpentry.
- Ensure all safety standards and operational protocols are strictly followed at all times.
- Assist in coordinating with external contractors for specialized repair work when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the technical rooms and mall grounds.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Vocational Certificate, or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical repair work is an added advantage.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks in various areas of the mall.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to facility maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Must be willing to work on a rotational shift basis or weekends as required by mall operations.
