Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware/software malfunctions across IT systems
- Perform preventive maintenance on servers, networks, and peripheral equipment
- Install, configure, and upgrade software and hardware components
- Monitor system performance and implement security protocols
- Document technical procedures and maintenance activities
- Collaborate with IT team to resolve escalated technical issues
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and disaster recovery plans
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of IT maintenance experience or relevant certification
- Proficiency in operating systems (Windows/Linux) and network protocols
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with IT security best practices
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid BPJS Ketenagakerjaan enrollment preferred
