Join CBRE as a Maintenance Technician and become an integral part of our property management team. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and implement corrective actions
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests with prompt troubleshooting and resolution
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate specialized repair services
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and prepare technical reports
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Assist in energy conservation initiatives and system optimization projects
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or technical certification in relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial property maintenance
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
- Valid certification in HVAC or refrigeration systems preferred
- Ability to read technical blueprints and schematics
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Valid driver's license with clean record
