Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on construction equipment and building systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or structural issues promptly to minimize project delays.
- Execute repairs and replacements of faulty components in accordance with safety standards and blueprints.
- Maintain accurate logs of all maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts utilized.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and engineers to coordinate technical tasks and project timelines.
- Ensure all work is conducted in strict adherence to Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) guidelines.
- Manage inventory of tools and technical supplies, reporting any shortages or equipment needs to management.
- Assist in the installation of new machinery or building infrastructure as required by project specifications.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Certificate or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) or a related technical field.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the construction or maintenance sector is mandatory.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to read technical manuals and architectural drawings.
- Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in a construction site environment, including heights or confined spaces if necessary.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia or English to coordinate with the site team.
- Possess a valid driving license and own transportation to commute to sites in Ulu Tiram.
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to high-quality workmanship and site safety.
