- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural components
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and prevent equipment failures
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory
- Collaborate with property management teams to prioritize maintenance tasks
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Order necessary parts and materials for maintenance and repairs
- Train junior staff on proper maintenance procedures and safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational certification in maintenance or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in building maintenance or similar role
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose equipment issues
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Good communication skills for interacting with tenants and team members
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks and work in various conditions
