About the Role
As a Male Physiotherapist, you will be at the forefront of patient rehabilitation. Your core responsibilities will include conducting thorough assessments, designing bespoke treatment plans using evidence-based practices, and administering a variety of therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and electrotherapy. You will play a critical role in educating patients and their families on injury prevention and self-management, ensuring sustainable recovery outcomes.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to diagnose movement dysfunctions and physical impairments.
- Develop and execute individualised, goal-oriented treatment plans utilising manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities.
- Monitor patient progress meticulously, documenting outcomes and adjusting treatment protocols to ensure optimal recovery.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, postural correction, and injury prevention strategies.
- Collaborate closely with orthopaedic surgeons, sports medicine doctors, and other allied health professionals to coordinate holistic care.
- Maintain strict adherence to clinical safety protocols and infection control standards within the therapy centre.
- Participate in departmental meetings and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
- Manage administrative tasks including patient scheduling, billing documentation, and resource inventory.
Kualifikasi
- Recognised Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited university or institution.
- Registered with the Malaysian Allied Health Professions Council (MAHPC) and possess a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in a clinical, hospital, or rehabilitation setting is preferred. Fresh graduates with solid internships may be considered.
- Proven proficiency in manual therapy techniques, joint mobilisation, and therapeutic exercise design.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.
- A patient-centric mindset with strong empathy, patience, and dedication to achieving clinical outcomes.
- Ability to work independently and as an effective team player in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical fitness to perform hands-on therapy and assist patients with mobility exercises.
