Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and assess patients during dialysis procedures, documenting vital signs and treatment responses
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to clinical protocols
- Operate and maintain dialysis equipment, ensuring sterility and functionality
- Educate patients on dialysis procedures, self-care techniques, and lifestyle modifications
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to develop personalized care plans
- Respond to emergency situations with appropriate interventions and first aid
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare standards
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse with current Malaysian nursing license
- Diploma/Degree in Nursing from accredited institution
- Minimum 1-2 years of dialysis or nephrology nursing experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Strong proficiency in patient assessment and emergency response
- Excellent communication skills for patient education and team collaboration
- Knowledge of dialysis equipment maintenance and infection control protocols
