- Oversee the day-to-day operations and facility management of the mall to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors to ensure service level agreements are met.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety and building codes.
- Coordinate with the security and janitorial teams to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Handle tenant relations and resolve operational issues or complaints efficiently.
- Monitor and control mall operating expenses to ensure budget adherence.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures within the mall premises.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in mall administration, property management, or a similar role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Proficiency in property management software and MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of local building regulations, safety protocols, and fire codes.
