As a Mall Head, you will serve as the primary bridge between our corporate strategy and front-line store execution, supporting the Area Manager in driving store success.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day mall store operations to ensure seamless store functionality and customer experience.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager to implement strategic retail initiatives and sales campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage, coach, and develop store teams to maintain high service standards and employee engagement.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure strict adherence to visual merchandising and operational guidelines.
- Gather and report market intelligence and competitor updates to assist in strategic decision-making.
- Ensure inventory management excellence and loss prevention protocols are strictly followed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in retail management, with specific experience handling mall-based operations.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing multi-store or high-volume retail teams.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- High proficiency in retail data analysis and operational reporting.
- Deep understanding of the Philippine retail landscape and market trends in Metro Manila.
- Must be willing to work flexible mall hours, including weekends and holidays.
