- Oversee daily mall store operations, ensuring alignment with company standards and operational procedures
- Drive sales performance by setting targets, monitoring KPIs, and implementing effective sales strategies
- Lead, mentor, and motivate store managers and staff to achieve high levels of productivity and engagement
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently delivered across all store touchpoints
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, consumer insights, and competitive threats within the Makati area
- Manage store budgets, control expenses, and oversee inventory management to optimize profitability
- Collaborate with the Area Manager on strategic planning, new store openings, and promotional campaigns
- Enforce company policies, safety regulations, and visual merchandising guidelines
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a multi-store or mall operations leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving operational excellence
- Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire a diverse team
- Excellent analytical skills and business acumen to interpret sales data and market trends
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment in Makati City
- Flexibility to work during weekends, holidays, and peak retail seasons as needed
