As the Mall Head for Primer Group Of Companies at our Pasay location, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and sales growth within a dynamic retail environment. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day store operations, ensuring that our brand standards are consistently met and exceeded. This position demands a hands-on leader who can motivate teams, deliver exceptional customer service, and implement strategies that boost revenue and market presence.
Your main responsibilities include managing staff performance, maintaining high service standards, achieving sales targets, and providing insights on market trends and competitor activities. You will also oversee inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention measures. Tanggung Jawab
- Support the Area Manager in all aspects of mall store operations to ensure seamless daily functioning.
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff to achieve high performance and adherence to company policies.
- Monitor sales results and implement action plans to meet or exceed targets.
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards and resolve client inquiries or complaints promptly.
- Conduct market analysis and gather competitor insights to inform business strategies.
- Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to optimize sales.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment in compliance with brand guidelines.
- Prepare regular reports on store performance, staff feedback, and operational issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in retail management or assistant store manager role.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team to achieve operational and sales goals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of sales metrics, inventory processes, and customer service best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment with flexible hours.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant retail management software.
- Willingness to be assigned in Pasay City, Metro Manila.
