In this pivotal role, you will act as the key operational bridge between our retail branches and the Area Manager, ensuring that our world-class service standards and sales targets are consistently exceeded.
You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day mall store operations, coaching high-performing teams, and providing critical market insights to drive store growth. Tanggung Jawab
- Drive store performance by monitoring daily sales targets and implementing strategic sales action plans.
- Lead, mentor, and coach store staff to ensure alignment with company culture and service excellence standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, merchandising consistency, and store visual standards to uphold brand integrity.
- Collaborate closely with the Area Manager to resolve operational bottlenecks and optimize store workflow.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to provide actionable insights for business improvement.
- Ensure 100% compliance with company policies, loss prevention protocols, and mall administration regulations.
- Conduct regular performance appraisals and foster a high-engagement, productive team environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management capacity.
- Strong background in sales management, P&L reporting, and store operations within a mall setting.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of managing diverse, high-performing teams.
- Highly analytical with a sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations.
