Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily mall operations including maintenance schedules and facility inspections
- Manage tenant communications and resolve operational concerns promptly
- Oversee administrative tasks including documentation, reporting, and inventory management
- Support mall events and promotional activities through logistical coordination
- Monitor safety compliance and ensure adherence to operational standards
- Liaise with security, cleaning, and vendor teams for integrated service delivery
- Assist in budget tracking and operational expense management
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Business Administration, Facility Management, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in operations, administration, or retail management
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and facility management software
