Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems within the mall facility.
- Perform regular inspections of building utilities and equipment to ensure safety and operational compliance.
- Coordinate with internal maintenance teams and third-party contractors for facility repairs and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Monitor energy consumption and implement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Address and resolve technical concerns raised by tenants and mall visitors promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation for all equipment performance, repairs, and inspections.
- Assist in the supervision of improvement projects or facility upgrades as required by management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related Technology discipline.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; exposure to facility or property management is a plus.
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, building codes, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relations with tenants and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office) for reporting and documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle shifting priorities effectively.
- High level of integrity, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
