Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections of mall facilities and building systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical fixtures, including lighting, power outlets, and control panels.
- Perform routine checks and minor repairs on HVAC and air-conditioning units to ensure optimal climate control.
- Monitor and maintain plumbing systems, addressing leaks, blockages, and water supply issues promptly.
- Assist in the maintenance of mechanical equipment and general building repairs such as carpentry and masonry.
- Respond quickly to maintenance requests from mall tenants and management to minimize operational downtime.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections in the daily shift report.
- Adhere strictly to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards and company safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- At least a Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or HVAC technology.
- Possession of a TESDA NC II Certificate in a related technical field is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in building maintenance, preferably in a retail or commercial setting.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labor and working at various heights.
- Good communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset when dealing with tenants and mall visitors.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
