Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary liaison between mall management and tenants to ensure overall operational efficiency.
- Oversee the end-to-end lease management process, including renewals, terminations, and unit handovers.
- Monitor tenant compliance with mall house rules, safety regulations, and standard operating hours.
- Collaborate with the facilities and technical teams to coordinate tenant fit-out works and maintenance requests.
- Analyze tenant sales data and footfall trends to provide strategic insights and recommendations to management.
- Resolve tenant disputes and operational issues in a timely and professional manner to maintain harmony.
- Support the marketing team in executing mall-wide promotions, seasonal events, and tenant-specific activations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the aesthetic and functional standards of the mall are consistently met.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Management, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in retail mall management or tenant relations.
- Strong working knowledge of local tenancy laws, lease structures, and property management practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
- Proven track record in conflict resolution, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with property management software (e.g., SAP, Yardi).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
