Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare monthly management accounts and variance analysis reports
- Develop annual operational budgets and rolling forecasts
- Analyze financial performance against KPIs and strategic targets
- Implement cost control measures and process improvements
- Collaborate with department heads on financial planning
- Support audit processes and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Monitor key financial metrics and provide actionable insights
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of management accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards (PFRS)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
