Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and analyze standard costing systems for manufacturing processes.
- Prepare monthly management reports, including budget versus actual performance analysis.
- Provide operational stakeholders with actionable financial insights to drive cost-optimization projects.
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast production costs and monitor inventory valuations.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify potential financial risks and operational inefficiencies.
- Manage end-to-end month-end closing processes related to manufacturing accounting.
- Support the annual budgeting and rolling forecasting cycles.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial controls.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Professional certification (CPA/CMA/CA) is highly desirable.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in management accounting, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of Cost Accounting principles and GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to effectively business partner with non-finance teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English is preferred.
- Resident of or willing to relocate to Kota Gorontalo.
