- Lead accurate and timely month-end financial closing for Facilities department
- Prepare comprehensive management reports including variance analysis and budget vs. actuals
- Develop and maintain departmental budgets and rolling forecasts
- Analyze operational costs and identify cost optimization opportunities
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with department heads to support strategic financial planning
- Implement process improvements for financial reporting efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA license preferred (required for senior roles)
- 3+ years of management accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Experience in facilities or property accounting preferred
