Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for the APAC region.
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to 3PL operations, including cost-per-shipment and warehouse efficiency metrics.
- Manage intercompany reconciliations and ensure adherence to local statutory requirements across multiple APAC jurisdictions.
- Collaborate with operations teams to optimize inventory valuation and supply chain cost structures.
- Support the annual audit process and maintain robust internal controls.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the finance function to increase operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in management accounting, preferably within a logistics or supply chain environment.
- Strong working knowledge of APAC tax regulations and regional compliance standards.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data for non-financial stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively across diverse cross-functional teams.
- Proactive attitude with a demonstrated ability to meet tight reporting deadlines.
