Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to guide management decisions.
- Support the development and maintenance of rolling forecasts and annual budgets.
- Perform variance analysis to identify discrepancies between actual performance and budgetary projections.
- Monitor and manage operational cash flows and working capital requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline financial processes and internal controls.
- Ensure compliance with statutory financial reporting standards and local tax regulations.
- Provide actionable insights and financial recommendations to the leadership team to improve profitability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (CPA license is a significant advantage).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in management accounting, financial planning, or general accounting.
- Proficiency in financial software (ERP systems) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data into business narratives.
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in report preparation.
- Strong communication skills, capable of presenting financial findings to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight monthly closing deadlines.
