Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and financial performance reports
- Lead consolidation processes for multi-entity financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario planning
- Collaborate with department heads to interpret financial data and provide strategic recommendations
- Streamline financial reporting processes to enhance efficiency and reporting timelines
- Support internal audits and ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Monitor KPIs and financial metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA license preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in management accounting or financial analysis
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel skills
- Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS standards and financial reporting principles
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Proven experience in financial consolidation and intercompany reconciliations
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Strong communication skills with ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders
