Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and lead the full-cycle accounting functions for multiple entities within the healthcare portfolio.
- Direct the preparation of accurate, timely financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
- Implement and maintain robust financial controls to ensure compliance and mitigate operational risks.
- Provide insightful financial analysis to stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals to achieve operational excellence.
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes across various jurisdictions.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth audit workflows.
- Streamline accounting processes and utilize automation to increase efficiency and data accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related financial field (CPA license is highly preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in management accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- Solid experience in multi-entity accounting and consolidated reporting.
- Expertise in financial analysis and budget forecasting, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- High proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of mentoring team members.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Amenable to working on a midshift schedule at our Ortigas office.
