Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, conduct, and lead management and operations audits to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of agency programs and service delivery.
- Review and analyze financial statements, budget execution reports, and compliance documents against established government accounting and auditing standards.
- Prepare detailed audit reports, management letters, and presentations that clearly outline findings, root causes, risks, and practical recommendations.
- Assess internal control systems and risk management practices to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
- Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and corrective actions, providing follow-up and technical guidance as needed.
- Collaborate with department heads and process owners to streamline workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Conduct special reviews, investigations, and management studies as directed by senior leadership.
- Contribute to the development of the annual audit plan, risk assessment matrix, and standardized audit programs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting, Business Administration, Public Administration, Internal Auditing, or a closely related field.
- Preferably with at least 1–3 years of relevant work experience in management auditing, operations audit, financial analysis, or compliance in the public or private sector.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine Government Auditing Standards (PAS), Commission on Audit (COA) rules and regulations, and the New Government Accounting System (NGAS).
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with government financial systems (e.g., e-NGAS, BASS, PSAS) is a significant advantage.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and report-writing skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Must be willing to work and be assigned in the Bangsamoro Region. Career Service Professional or Second Level Eligibility is preferred.
