Are you an aspiring HR professional looking to jumpstart your career in the logistics industry? Puninar Anji Nyk Logistics Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Management Development Intern to join our dynamic Human Resources team in Cikarang.

This internship provides a comprehensive overview of modern HR operations, ranging from talent acquisition to administrative compliance. You will work closely with experienced mentors to understand the lifecycle of an employee within a fast-paced logistics environment. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in one of Indonesia's leading logistics providers, refining your analytical skills and professional communication capabilities.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the recruitment team in end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including screening resumes and coordinating interview schedules.
  • Maintain and update employee databases to ensure all personnel records are accurate and compliant with internal policies.
  • Monitor the maturity and expiration of employment agreements (PKWT/PKWTT) and track trial periods for new hires.
  • Support HR administrative tasks including document filing, reporting, and data verification.
  • Assist in the coordination of onboarding activities and new employee orientation sessions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to gather HR-related feedback and improve employee engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly HR progress reports for the management team.

Kualifikasi

  • Current final-year student or recent graduate in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Law and HR administrative practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is mandatory.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional work ethic.
  • Ability to work full-time based in Cikarang.
