Are you a motivated recent graduate looking to launch your career in Human Resources and Management? Puninar Anji Nyk Logistics Indonesia is seeking a talented Management Development Intern to join our dynamic team in Cikarang. We are committed to nurturing young talent and providing a robust learning environment for future leaders in the logistics and supply chain industry.

In this internship role, you will gain invaluable hands-on experience in core HR functions. You will support the recruitment team in sourcing candidates, manage employee databases, and ensure smooth administrative processes. You will also play a key role in monitoring employment agreements and supporting onboarding activities. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop professional skills while contributing to a growing company.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Manage and maintain accurate employee databases and HR information systems.
  • Monitor the maturity and status of Work/Employment Agreements and trial periods for all employees.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is completed.
  • Prepare HR reports and administrative documents as required by management.
  • Conduct research on industry trends to assist in talent acquisition strategies.
  • Participate in organizing employee engagement activities and HR events.

Kualifikasi

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong interest in organizational development, talent acquisition, and HR operations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (Indonesian and English proficiency is a plus).
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Eager to learn and proactive in solving administrative challenges.
