Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the recruitment team in end-to-end talent acquisition processes, from sourcing to interview scheduling.
- Maintain and update employee databases to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Monitor the maturity and expiration of Work/Employment Agreements and trial periods.
- Collaborate with HR specialists on administrative tasks to support day-to-day operations.
- Provide support for internal communications and employer branding initiatives.
- Analyze human resource metrics to improve departmental efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycles and HR administration principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse teams.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
- Ability to commit to a full-time internship duration.
