Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in asset management or financial operations
- Proficiency in financial reporting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and transaction processing
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in CFA, ACCA, or equivalent highly advantageous
- Detail-oriented approach with proven accuracy in financial documentation
