Mecosin Indonesia is seeking a proactive Management Information System (MIS) Staff to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Selatan. In this role, you will be the backbone of our digital operations, ensuring that information flows seamlessly across the organization to support data-driven decision-making.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining our information systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring that our internal databases are secure and efficient. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage, maintain, and monitor the performance of internal Management Information Systems.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all company databases and reporting tools.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to internal users regarding system functionality.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc analytical reports to support management in strategic decision-making processes.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for system usage and data management.
- Collaborate with the IT department to implement system updates, patches, and security improvements.
- Perform regular system backups and maintain disaster recovery protocols to ensure business continuity.
- Train staff members on new software modules or updated internal system features.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an MIS or IT support role.
- Proficiency in database management systems (SQL, MySQL, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate technical data into actionable business insights.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel (Advanced formulas, Pivot tables) and reporting software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Experience with ERP or CRM software is highly desirable.
