- Manage and maintain master data integrity in SAP Business One system
- Develop and implement data governance policies and quality control measures
- Collaborate with departments to define data requirements and business rules
- Conduct regular data audits and resolve data discrepancies
- Optimize data processes to enhance system performance and accessibility
- Train users on data management best practices and system utilization
- Generate data reports and analytics to support strategic decision-making
- Stay updated with SAP Business One updates and data management trends
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Business One master data management
- Strong knowledge of data governance principles and data quality frameworks
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
- Experience with data migration and system integration projects
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy and data sensitivity
