Are you an experienced leader ready to drive quality and safety standards? Soraya Interindo is seeking a dedicated Management Representative to lead our Quality, Health, and Safety initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between management and operational teams, ensuring full compliance with international standards (ISO) and local regulations. You will oversee the implementation of our Health and Safety management system (BPSJ), drive continuous improvement, and foster a culture of safety within the organization.
Your main focus will be ensuring that all business processes adhere to ISO requirements and internal policies. You will be responsible for identifying risks, managing non-conformities, and ensuring that the organization meets its legal obligations. Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary point of contact for all ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 related matters.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Health and Safety Management System (BPSJ).
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and external regulations.
- Coordinate with department heads to integrate quality and safety goals into business strategies.
- Lead management reviews and prepare reports for top-level decision-making.
- Facilitate training programs to enhance employee awareness of safety and quality standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and drive corrective actions to mitigate risks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Industrial Safety, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications such as BPSJ (Bahaya Pekerjaan) and ISO Lead Auditor training are highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a management representative or quality assurance role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and international quality standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in internal audit tools and reporting software.
