Tanggung Jawab

  • Serve as the central point of contact for department inquiries and manage the flow of vital information.
  • Coordinate executive schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional departments.
  • Prepare, proofread, and format professional reports, presentations, and internal correspondence.
  • Manage office administrative workflows to ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy information retrieval.
  • Support leadership with special projects, research, and data gathering tasks as requested.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely procurement.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Demonstrated capacity to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
  • Must be willing to work on-site in Kapitolyo, Metro Manila.
