PT Mitra Berdaya Optima is looking for a dedicated Management System Associate (ISO Consultant) to join our growing team in Yogyakarta. In this pivotal role, you will act as a bridge between our firm and our clients, helping businesses streamline their operations and achieve international certification standards.
As an ISO Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding diverse clients through the complexities of ISO implementation. You will not only draft critical procedures and documentation but also deliver high-impact training sessions and provide hands-on support during internal and external audits. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist clients in the implementation and maintenance of various ISO management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
- Conduct thorough gap analyses to identify areas for improvement within client business processes.
- Draft, review, and refine comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policy documentation.
- Design and deliver training modules for client employees regarding system requirements and best practices.
- Facilitate internal audits and support clients during external certification audit processes.
- Identify and implement corrective and preventive actions to ensure continuous system improvement.
- Maintain clear, professional, and consistent communication with client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in quality management or consultancy services preferred.
- Strong understanding of ISO management system standards and principles.
- Excellent technical writing skills, with the ability to draft clear and concise procedures.
- Outstanding presentation and training delivery skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to task management.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and documentation software.
- Willingness to travel to client sites within the region as required.
