Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in a structured management training program across various departments including retail, logistics, and production.
- Support daily operations and assist senior managers in overseeing team performance.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements for increased efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline furniture component workflows.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for management review.

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Filipino.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
