Tanggung Jawab
- Participate in rotations across key operational departments including store management, logistics, and merchandising.
- Assist in the daily management of store operations to ensure efficiency, cleanliness, and high service standards.
- Analyze sales reports and inventory data to optimize stock levels and drive revenue growth.
- Support the implementation of company-wide marketing campaigns and promotional activities at the store level.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and improve customer experience.
- Develop and mentor junior staff members to foster a positive and productive working culture.
- Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for regional management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply; prior retail or service industry experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Malay, or Chinese (multi-lingual candidates preferred).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle rotating shift schedules.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A proactive learner with a 'can-do' attitude and a desire to take on leadership responsibilities.
